These Terms govern your use of Clavicular.TV and Clavicular+. By accessing either service, you agree to them. Clavicular.TV is an independent media service and is not affiliated with, operated by, or endorsed by Clavicular or any featured person unless expressly stated.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account or purchase a membership. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity under your account.

Membership and billing

If paid memberships become available, they will renew at the interval and price shown at checkout until canceled. Prices, billing frequency, taxes, and the amount due will be displayed before payment. Cancellation and refund terms will be available before purchase.

Content and availability

The service organizes original, licensed, embedded, linked, and third-party media. Rights remain with their respective owners. Titles, sources, features, and availability may change because of licensing, source availability, safety, legal requests, or technical conditions.

Acceptable use

You may use the service only for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, download without permission, redistribute, rebroadcast, resell, scrape, automate access, defeat access controls, interfere with security, misuse another person’s identity, or use the service unlawfully.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or losses caused by unavailable third-party content. Nothing limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
