Clavicular.TV is an independent media service. Copyright and other rights in featured media remain with their respective owners. We respond to specific, good-faith copyright complaints and may remove or restrict material while reviewing them.

Copyright notice

Send notices to support@clavicular.tv. Include: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work or a representative list; the exact URL and enough information to locate the material; your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the owner.

Counter-notice and repeat infringement

If material you supplied was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, contact the same address with the information required by applicable law. Where appropriate, we may terminate accounts of repeat infringers. Knowingly false notices or counter-notices may create legal liability.
