This policy explains how Clavicular.TV and Clavicular+ collect, use, disclose, and retain information. These services are independently operated and are not affiliated with Clavicular unless expressly stated.

Information we collect

We may collect launch-list emails, support messages, account identifiers, sign-in activity, membership status, saved videos, watch history, playback progress, device and browser information, IP address, and security or diagnostic logs when those features are used.

Payments

If paid memberships become available, Stripe will process payment details and may provide us with billing status, transaction identifiers, charge amount, card brand, and limited card details. We do not receive or store full card numbers.

Use and disclosure

We use information to operate accounts and playback, manage launch updates and subscriptions, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot problems, respond to requests, comply with law, and improve reliability. Providers may include Clerk for authentication, Stripe for billing, and Cloudflare and OpenAI Sites for hosting and storage.

Cookies and retention

The services may use cookies and browser storage for sign-in, security, preferences, and essential operation. We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described, legal obligations, disputes, security, and fraud prevention.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from optional launch emails. To request access, correction, or deletion of information, email support@clavicular.tv. Some information may be retained where required by law or necessary for security.

Children and security

The services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
